Use your visits however you choose for any combination of: • Silk Press • Hydrate & Define • Quick Weave • Wig Install One month you may want a Silk Press. The next, a Quick Weave. Then a Wig Install. Your Privé Pass gives you the flexibility to create your own maintenance routine while locking in preferred pricing. Enrollment is open now through August 15, 2026. All visits must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. This is more than a discount—it's an investment in consistent, luxury hair care.
Cancellation Policy
✨ Appointment Policy All services are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. ✨ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit to preserve the experience of scheduled clients. ✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in 100% of service fee charge. ✨ Guest Policy To maintain a calm and intimate environment, no additional guests are permitted unless they are receiving a service as well. ✨ Service Readiness Hair must be detangled and free of excessive product unless the booked service includes a takedown. Additional detangling or prep may require an added fee or reschedule Thank you for respecting these policies as we strive to deliver a luxury, uninterrupted experience for every client.
