Cancellation Policy

✨ Appointment Policy All services are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. ✨ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit to preserve the experience of scheduled clients. ✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in 50% of service fee charge. ✨ Guest Policy To maintain a calm and intimate environment, no additional guests are permitted unless they are receiving a service as well. ✨ Service Readiness Hair must be detangled and free of excessive product unless the booked service includes a takedown.
