At Priceless Wigs, every appointment is crafted to give you a luxury, stress-free experience. To honor your time and mine, please review the policies below before booking:

♡ Booking Policy​

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your remaining balance.

• Please arrive with your hair detangled and free of heavy oils or buildup, unless you book a service that includes a wash.

• Wigs brought in for customization must be clean and free of old glue.

• Late arrivals over 10 minutes will be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.

♡ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Life happens — I completely understand. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment:

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.

• Same-day cancellations or reschedule requests will result in loss of deposit.

• No-call/no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.

♡ Refund Policy

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• Once a service is completed, no refunds are issued. If you have concerns, please reach out within 24 hours so I can make it right.
