Appointments are limited and performed by appointment only to ensure every client receives unrushed, high-quality service.

​Booking Policy & Client Agreement

We are committed to providing a calm, intentional, and professional environment where every client receives our full attention and care. Please review the following policies prior to booking. Scheduling an appointment confirms your agreement to the terms below.

Booking, Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are applied toward your total service balance.

• Remaining balances are due the day of service.

• Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash App.

• Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.

 

Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may result in, based on availability:

  • A shortened service, or

  • Cancellation or reschedule with deposit forfeited

 

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Life happens — I completely understand. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment:

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.

• Same-day cancellations or reschedule requests will result in loss of deposit.

• No-call/no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.

Hair Preparation

• Hair must be detangled.

• Excessive detangling, matting, or unprepared hair will result in an additional $40 detangling fee, shortened service, or cancellation.

Wig & Extension Services

• Wigs or extensions not purchased through Priceless must be approved prior to your appointment.

• We are not responsible for issues related to outside hair quality.

• Custom wigs, special orders, and hair purchases are final sale.

Guests & Pets

• As we strive to maintain a calm, focused, and professional atmosphere, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon suite.

• Children are not permitted unless they are the scheduled client.

• Pets are not allowed in the salon suite at any time.

 

Adjustment & Refund Policy

• All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• Once a service is completed, no refunds are issued. 

• Adjustment requests must be made within 24 hours of service completion.

• Adjustments will not be made due to changes in personal preference, improper maintenance, or factors beyond our control.

Health & Safety

• Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious condition.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to maintain the comfort, safety, and experience of all clients.
