Service Description
Let me lace you! During your custom wig consultation we will discuss your scalp health and hair goals to ensure that we use the best and most comfortable materials and hair origins for your specific needs. We will also discuss your wig preferences including the following: -Style -Length -Texture -Color - Lace type i.e. HD, Transparent, Brown We will take your head measurements and answer any questions or concerns regarding the wig construction process. Upon conclusion of your consultation a quote for the total wig cost will be given. To begin construction a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the wig will be required and the remaining balance will be due upon completion of the unit. Booking fee goes towards total wig cost.
Cancellation Policy
✨ Booking Policy: All services are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be rescheduled, with deposit forfeiture. Cancellations/No-Shows: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to 100% of the service fee. Guest Policy: No additional guests unless receiving a service. Service Readiness: Hair must be detangled and free of excessive product unless a takedown is included. Additional prep may incur a fee or require rescheduling. No-Refund Policy: All services are final sale. No refunds are issued once you leave the salon. Results may vary based on hair condition, texture, maintenance, and environmental factors. Please inspect your hair before leaving and communicate concerns so they may be addressed. Thank you.
