• Construction time is 7–21 business days, depending on the complexity of your unit, lace type, and current order volume.

• The construction timeline begins once payment is completed and all required measurements are submitted.

• Rush services may be available for an additional fee when order volume allows.

• Because each unit is custom-made, all sales are final.

♡ Shipping Policy

• Once your unit is complete, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (USPS or UPS) to ensure safe delivery.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for shipping within the U.S.

• Priceless Wigs is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries.

• Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders to protect your investment.

• Because the construction process begins quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours.

• Custom wig orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
