This one-on-one consultation is designed to deeply assess the condition of your natural hair and scalp while getting to the root of your hair care needs. During this session, we will evaluate your scalp health, hair density, texture, and overall condition. We’ll also discuss your current hair habits, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have—because true beauty starts with understanding your hair from the inside out. Together, we’ll define your hair goals and create a customized treatment plan tailored to protect, restore, and promote long-term growth and maintenance. This service is required for all new clients seeking healthy hair transformations and is the first step to achieving consistent, luxurious results…The Priceless Way. (Service price goes towards total price of service if booked within 7 days of consultation)
Cancellation Policy
✨ Booking Policy: All services are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may be rescheduled, with deposit forfeiture. Cancellations/No-Shows: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to 100% of the service fee. Guest Policy: No additional guests unless receiving a service. Service Readiness: Hair must be detangled and free of excessive product unless a takedown is included. Additional prep may incur a fee or require rescheduling. No-Refund Policy: All services are final sale. No refunds are issued once you leave the salon. Results may vary based on hair condition, texture, maintenance, and environmental factors. Please inspect your hair before leaving and communicate concerns so they may be addressed. Thank you.
