During this session, we will evaluate your scalp health, hair density, texture, and overall condition. We’ll also discuss your current hair habits, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have—because true beauty starts with understanding your hair from the inside out. Together, we’ll define your hair goals and create a customized treatment plan tailored to protect, restore, and promote long-term growth and maintenance. This service is required for all new clients seeking healthy hair transformations and is the first step to achieving consistent, luxurious results…The Priceless Way. (Service price goes towards total price of service if booked within 7 days of consultation)

Cancellation Policy

✨ Appointment Policy All services are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. ✨ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit to preserve the experience of scheduled clients. ✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in 100% of service fee charge. ✨ Guest Policy To maintain a calm and intimate environment, no additional guests are permitted unless they are receiving a service as well. ✨ Service Readiness Hair must be detangled and free of excessive product unless the booked service includes a takedown. Additional detangling or prep may require an added fee or reschedule Thank you for respecting these policies as we strive to deliver a luxury, uninterrupted experience for every client.
