Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows me to effectively manage my schedule and give other clients an opportunity to book. Late Cancellations Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total. No-Show Policy No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be blocked from future bookings. Late Arrival There is a 10-minute grace period. At 10 minutes: $15 late fee At 15 minutes: Appointment may be canceled or converted to a shorter service. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable but transferable once within 30 days if proper notice is given.
