Service Description

This service is designed to refresh your existing sew-in by addressing new growth, restoring the foundation, and reviving your overall style. We will tighten loose tracks, neaten the perimeter and parting, and re-style your hair to bring your look back to life. This appointment helps extend the longevity of your install while prioritizing the health and integrity of your natural hair underneath. Recommended 2–4 weeks after your initial install. Please note: This service does not include a full takedown or reinstall. If your sew-in requires more extensive work, a full reinstall service may be necessary.

Cancellation Policy

✨ Appointment Policy All services are by appointment only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balances are due at the time of service. ✨ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of the deposit to preserve the experience of scheduled clients. ✨ Cancellation & No-Show Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in 100% of service fee charge. ✨ Guest Policy To maintain a calm and intimate environment, no additional guests are permitted unless they are receiving a service as well. ✨ Service Readiness Hair must be detangled and free of excessive product unless the booked service includes a takedown. Additional detangling or prep may require an added fee or reschedule Thank you for respecting these policies as we strive to deliver a luxury, uninterrupted experience for every client.
